Our Founder’s Story
Growing up in Tampa as the third of four children, life was always moving. I was that kid—curious, restless, and constantly daydreaming. A "Ritalin child" in the '80s, I found focus not in the classroom but in connection, creativity, and storytelling.
I was named after my grandfather, Ted—an educator, entrepreneur, and believer who reinvented himself from Tennessee schoolteacher to orange grove farmer to real estate developer. His biggest sale created generational impact, funding college for eight grandchildren—including me. His legacy shaped my values: resilience, generosity, and a passion for helping others grow.
